The location was perfect, close to all the tourist attractions and surrounded by banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants. It was in a typical neighborhood, giving you a true taste of Portuguese culture. the room was well equipped with everything I needed, including a coffee machine, electric kettle, and a small fridge. the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring.
The noise level outside was quite high throughout the day and night, which made it difficult to get a peaceful sleep. the lack of sound protection inside the hotel didn't help either.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in a vibrant area. The value for money was excellent, with affordable prices for a comfortable room and basic amenities. I particularly loved the attention to detail in the rooms on the second floor, which had classic Portuguese balconies and provided a nice sunny spot to relax. The staff were friendly and provided great service throughout my stay. The hotel's location in a good area made it convenient for exploring the nearby bars, restaurants, and attractions. Additionally, the breakfast provided was satisfying and a great start to the day.
I found all aspects of my stay at this hotel to be satisfactory.

The hotel's location is perfect for those who want to stay close to the action, but still have peace and quiet at night. It's near many interesting places and just a stone's throw from a busy street in the area. the rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are clean. the staff are very helpful and accommodating, and they offer a great kitchen with everything you may need.
The stairs to some of the rooms are quite steep and narrow, which could be difficult for older guests or those with small children.

I had a surprisingly great stay at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to help. Secondly, the location was perfect - right in the heart of a lively area with lots of bars and nightlife. And lastly, the rooms were spacious and had beautiful views. I especially loved the classic Portuguese balconies, which added a touch of charm to the room.
Just one small improvement would be to upgrade the mattresses for a more comfortable night's sleep.

The room was spacious and clean with a modern design, which made it very comfortable to stay in. The location was very convenient as it was walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. the staff was friendly and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.
The noise from the street outside was a bit excessive which made it difficult to fall asleep. the bathroom wasn't as clean as we had hoped and could use some improvement.

Great Location: The Party Zone Hostel Bairro Alto is ideally situated in the vibrant Chiado area, making it the perfect base for exploring the city's tourist attractions. It's conveniently located near the subway, allowing for easy access to the airport and other areas of interest.
the walls in the building were quite thin, so we could hear noise from the street and neighboring rooms. Additionally, the downstairs bathroom was out of order, which meant we had to go upstairs or outside to use the facilities.

I absolutely loved staying in this hotel. The hotel facilities were fantastic - my room was huge and equipped with a fridge, kettle, and coffee machine. The lights in the room were amazing, with three different types to choose from. The cleanliness was impressive, with the toilets and bathroom always clean. The location was perfect, right in front of amazing views and close to tram station nr, bars, and restaurants. I cannot praise the staff enough. They were incredibly helpful, offering recommendations and even being available on WhatsApp for assistance.
Nothing, all was good.

I had a lovely stay at Party Zone Hostel Bairro Alto. The location was fantastic, right in the heart of the vibrant Bairro Alto neighborhood. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a window overlooking the charming narrow street. The bed was big and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The kitchenette in the room was well-equipped, including a large fridge. Despite being in the center, it was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for peaceful rest. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, even allowing me to check out slightly later and storing my luggage for the day. I highly recommend this hostel for its excellent location, comfortable rooms, and helpful staff.
Drawbacks: The only downside was the steep and narrow stairs leading to the room, which could be challenging for older guests or those with small children. Additionally, the terrace doors in the room didn't close properly, resulting in some cold drafts during the nights.

During my Xmas stay, the complementary chocolates were a nice touch and the Christmas decorations added a cozy touch to the accommodation. the location was perfect, central to all the activities and shops. We even managed to walk to the beach! the 24-hour reception was convenient, and the staff was friendly and always available to answer our queries.
Toilets were not cleaned adequately and ran out of tissue after a day. the shared bathroom was not designed well, which led to slippery floors after a shower.
